Hout Bay sits in its own valley on the Atlantic side of the peninsula, about 35 km from Cape Town International Airport and a 35 to 45 minute drive. The route runs over either Constantia Nek or through the M6 along the coast, and both are worth the drive. Hout Bay is the northern gateway to Chapman's Peak Drive, so many of our guests staying here also book the Cape Peninsula day tour, which starts practically on the doorstep.

All rates are fixed and confirmed in writing before you book, priced per vehicle rather than per person. There is no surge charge for late-night arrivals, weekends or public holidays, and no fee for extra luggage or surfboards.
